How to Send Sexy Links

Always put your best foot forward at work, and for us, that also means being mindful about how you create, share and store information. People often send links out looking like this :

When really, they should have gone out like this :

It’s very easy to do.

Step 1 – copy a link from the SharePoint / website you want to share

Step 2 – type a sentence in your email, then select the text you want to highlight

Step 3 – (and use your keyboard for this), click CTRL-K, CTRL-V and Enter

And bam, you have a sexy link. 🙂
