Are you one of those people who dreads getting up on a Monday morning, already had 2 cups of coffee and grumbling before you’ve even left the house? Dragging yourself around the office making everyone else more miserable?
How about trying something different for a change?
Try meeting Mondays with enthusiasm instead.
Jump out of bed and shout out “woohoo, it’s Mondaaaaay!”. Throw your hands in the air and do the happy dance. Expect everything to go right. Say to yourself that today is going to be the best day of the week for you from now on. If you’re normally Mr / Mrs Grumpy Gills, do the complete opposite and be extra friendly to everyone you meet. Speak and think only positive things today. Ban all negative thoughts from your head and replace them with a kind thought. Ban all complaining about anything. Smile for no reason! Put your favourite music on in the car / on your iPod and sing out loud the whole way to work. Compliment someone of the way they look or the good job they did.
