Outlook 2010 Emails Not Displaying Images

Are all your newsletter type emails coming with covered with red X’s?

It’s a built in security setting in Outlook.  To get the pics to display, click the bar above the From field and then Download Pictures.

And there you go, lovely neat email.

Always be careful what links you click in mails – especially when they’re from supposed banks.  If you hover over the link before you click it, you will see the address.  If it looks suspicious, don’t click it.  Here is an example of a bank phishing email.  The email address is completely fake, and the link doesn’t go anywhere near FNB’s site.  Don’t be clicking things like this.
