If you’re going to upgrade from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010, you need to know that 2010 is based on wiki functionality by default called Site Pages.
Download the PDF tutorial on how to edit, create and deactivate Site Pages in SharePoint 2010. It’s a beginners guide so also good for people with no SharePoint experience.
It is stored under Tutorials in the Resource Centre on Lets Collaborate; along with some SharePoint 2007 tutorials.
Happy reading.
Lol, we all do that in the beginning. Pleasure and glad I could help! They actually make your life so much easier in the long run.

Thanks so much for this! I’d always just deleted that first site page and used the 2007 look, too impatient to read the fine help page. 🙂 Nice to know what these site pages are really all about!
