One of our previous employees, Tracy van der Schyff was given her first SharePoint MVP award today!  For those in the know, this is a very hard award to achieve.  It’s Microsoft’s Most Valued Professional Award – a competency in each product area at Micosoft; there are about 250 SharePoint awards out of around 200 million users globally.  Tracy joins me in being the only 2 women in Africa with this award.  Well done Tracy!  We like to think we had a hand in you moulding your skills. 🙂 Watch this space for a joint session on how we feel about adoption.
