You know that Lets Collaborate likes to innovate.  We were responsible for taking the SharePoint community to the next level in South Africa and grew a 4 person meeting to a 3 region mega event in 2 competencies.  We put the South African SharePoint community on the global map!  We brought you 4 SharePoint Saturday Johannesburg’s.  We brought you the first all green SharePoint Saturday in the world ever.  We were instrumental in bringing you the Share Conference.  We designed training and mentorship program and training curriculum unique in the industry that ended being copied by others because it was so effective.  We brought you a business user group that empowered business people to get involved the technology world on their terms.  We launched the careers of many who followed in our footsteps.  On top of this, I have been personally blessed in this industry having won 9 awards in 7 years.
