Remember that these specs are samples only in order to differentiate between the many varied roles available in SharePoint. As stated in the original post on this subject, the list is far from complete, but see it as a starting point and work from there.
If you’re hiring, make sure you understand what you need. One person can’t do it all – and if they can, they are going to be very expensive. Check your candidates thoroughly and possibly make them write SharePoint assessments to make sure they can walk the talk. Get references! They could potentially become very valuable people in your organisation, make sure you get the best person for the job.
