My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, but my website and email are not operational due to me changing web hosting service providers.  As fate would have it, the change happened in the middle of me being on a plane on my way out of town for 5 days, so I couldn’t complete the necessary details on my side to make the switch seamlessly.
