What is the difference between team work and collaboration? Are they the same?  If not, how are they different?

This is a great conversation to have with your team when designing SharePoint, because people don’t actually have a shared understanding of what they mean.  Personally, I do think they are the same thing, but what matters is what it means to YOU. Get clear on the meaning of these buzzwords in your company so you can adapt your adoption strategy and governance plan accordingly.
