Site Contents has also drastically changed.  This is what it looked like in SharePoint 2010:

In SharePoint 2013 it has a tile view with the ability to edit apps from the … menu in the top right hand corner of each app.

Here you will be able to view the description of the app, (you are still putting in great descriptions right…?). “Settings” takes you directly to the list / library settings.  “About” tells you what type of app this was built on and let’s you add one.  “Remove” lets you delete the app, (this is deactivated on system apps).
