It doesn’t matter any more where you live on this incredible planet of ours – from Chile to China, Denmark to Durban – our planet is seriously messed up! And if we don’t start waking up right now and doing something about it, there will be no planet left for the next generation.

So what’s the problem?

You think you have free will and endless choice.  You don’t.  It’s the illusion of choice. Do you know who owns what?  Do you know that in the malls, two clothing shops directly opposite each other with completely different branding and names are actually the same company? There’s one right up the road from me – I asked them and they didn’t hesitate to confirm it and proudly at that.

You think the food you buy in the supermarket is healthy, good for you, that that the food companies have your best interests at heart?  Think again.  Do you have physical conditions that never seem to go away and you’re mystified as to why? Do you seriously believe that the companies above care about you as a human being? Did you know you are referred to as a “useless eater” by these puppet masters and you are totally expendable to them?

The fruit and veg look so beautiful in those big markets right – did you know they are sprayed with dozens of chemicals and irradiated before they get to the shelves? Strawberries can have up to 36 chemicals on them when you put them in your mouth! Radiation, preservatives and chemical pesticides, yummy….. I’ll have a side order of disease with that thanks, hey, super size me! Yet you complain bitterly when your favourite fruit or veg isn’t available.  Fruit and veg is not supposed to be available all year round nor last for months – they are seasonal and are not supposed to be long life products! And the more you demand you get the same thing year round, the more they have to be sprayed and irradiated to be served up to you all nicely packaged.

Are they telling you it’s organic?  How do you know?  Do you know what organic means? Are you buying seeds or food from any of these companies?  Then they are not organic – these companies are green washing to make you think it’s organic.  You believing them when they tell you the meat / chicken / eggs are organic?  Really? What are those animals eating?  GM corn perhaps?  Then it’s not organic.

Those of you who know me personally know that have been a staunch advocate against GMO’s for a couple of years now. What Monsanto, Bayer, Syngenta and DuPont have done to cannot be undone once those ‘products’ reach the wild.  So apart from the fact that your food has been sprayed and irradiated, it’s also toxic on a cellular level and destroying the environment.  Add aspartame, MSG, TBHQ and high fructose corn syrup and you have a great recipe for lots of very sick people on this planet.

Battling to lose weight and think it’s all your fault? Watch the documentaries The Men Who Made Us Fat; The Men Who Made Us Thin and Supersize Me.  Read Pure, White and Deadly and Salt, Sugar, Fat How the Food Giants Hooked Us.  If these 5 sources alone don’t infuriate you, you don’t understand the depth of the problem.  You are eating food-like products, not food.  All the pre-packaged and fast food you eat is nutritionally inferior and sugar based.  Try and find foods that don’t have sugar in them … but learn the sneaky words they use for sugar first.

Do you even read labels on things you buy? We should not be putting these things into our bodies, let alone the bodies of children!

Still falling for all the pretty packaging of cows, pigs and chickens living in open pastures in the sun feeding off grass smiling at the camera?  Not true either – animals we eat live in shocking conditions and tortured relentlessly. I can’t bring myself to post the really bad pictures.  And although I am not a vegetarian, I am finding it increasingly difficult to eat any protein these days now that I am more aware of what they are going through just to satisfy us. Can we really just turn a blind eye to atrocities of billions of animals any longer?

Got any idea what you’re putting on your skin? Did you know most sunscreens contain ingredients that actually cause cancer instead of preventing it?  Using baby powder on your children are you?  It’s full of carcinogens…

And then there’s the weather – chemtrails and cloud seeding have effectively destroyed the atmosphere globally. It’s not going to happen, it’s already done.  Still believing the global warming story?  Ever heard of false flags?  Investigate what that means.  Widespread drought or torrential rain, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis – all being engineered by man. You think those are real clouds you’re looking at?  They’re filled with heavy metals that have been raining down on the planet for decades doubling up as a way to spread illness. These heavy metals are in our soil, water and bodies and there is no removing them at this point.  They are blocking out the sun making the planet uninhabitable for people and most of the plants and animals.  The weather has been weaponized.

Of course you say, don’t be silly, if this was true, the media would tell us. Wrong again. Mainstream media (MSM) is designed to instil fear in you and divide us, it’s not so much what they do say as much as what they don’t say.  They too are owned by a tiny few – more illusion of choice.

How much TV are you watching a day? Does it not bother you that every middle class household’s home is centred around the damn television!  This dead, grey box in the room that sucks the life out of us, desensitizes us and gives us nothing back in return? It’s a one-sided, abusive relationship – that most of us actually pay monthly for the ‘privilage’! Do you not see the insanity??  Do you not feel the zombie mode come over you within minutes of turning ‘the box’ on?  Hours go by and you’ve done nothing but stare vacantly at crap being pushed at you.  I know I’ve been an addict – it’s taken me over a month to pluck up the courage to disconnect my TV service!  How ridiculous is that?? To feel anxiety to turn off a TV?  What the hell man!

Also think the drug companies have your best interests at heart and want to cure you? Cured people don’t make very good repeat customers do they.  There have been dozens of cures for cancer available for decades that have all been suppressed – have you paid for chemo or hospital lately?  Do you think the top 10 big pharma companies make money like this by making people healthy?

Let’s not forget the messed up banking elite, oil barons, fracking giants, financed wars, technology monopolies, starving millions, sweat shops, fluoride in the water … the list goes on and on and on…

WHEN WILL IT STOP??????

It’s just a relentless assault from every side. Can you really continue to turn a blind eye to what is right in front of you hiding in plain sight? And I suppose by now the word “conspiracy theorist” has come to mind.  How cliché. It’s time to get over that nonsense and see the facts staring you in the face.

Do you know how hard it is to continue pretending everything is ok once you know all this stuff?  Do you know how impossible it is to sit by and do nothing once you know all this stuff? Do you know how hard it is when you get told “you’re so angry, hope you find peace” and “don’t be so dramatic” by people who have no idea what’s going on, when you know all this stuff? You can’t un-know something this big. And you know what, I am angry today. And frustrated. I just want to shake people and scream “waaaaaaake uuuuuuup!!!”

We have to learn to ask better questions.  We have to question everything we are being told. We have to learn to differentiate between misinformation and facts. We have to chose to spend our hard earned money in better places.

To every one of you out there that is trying to make a difference by living their truth, working and treating people ethically, looking after the environment, caring for animals and those less fortunate than themselves; when even in the face of all these challenges, you choose love over fear, forgiveness over hate, compassion over greed, community over self interest, upliftment over withholding knowledge – thank you. You are not alone.  We need more people like that.  It is the only way we will ever restore this planet to the glory it deserves.  We can live in harmony. We can live sustainably.  You can make a difference. And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!
